Check Out Checklist

• Please leave the house tidy!

• Wash all dishes and start the dishwasher

• Please gather all used beach and bath towels and place them on the floor in the bathrooms

• Please strip the beds that were slept in and leave them on the floor in the bedrooms

• Please close all blinds in the house

• Please set the AC to 72 degrees.

• Upon checkout, please leave both FOBS in the residence key dish and press LOCK once the door is closed
